I’m under 18, and I read somewhere that if one feels different than the other, you have cancer. Is this true, and is there anything else that you can feel if you have it?
that does not mean that you definitely have cancer, but it should raise suspicion, any time you see an abnormalty or abnormal change you should be concerned. There are several different things it could be. You just got to go to the dr, get some tests/scans and get it diagnosed.

It sounds more like a varicocele, in which the valves that regulate bloodflow from the testicle become defective and blood does not circulate out of the testicles efficiently, causing swelling in the veins above and behind the testicles.
A varicocele can develop in one testicle or both, but in about 85% of cases it develops in the left testicle.
The best thing to do is to consult your doctor or a urologist. A varicocele is not a terribly serious problem and is fairly easily repaired.

What happens if testicular cancer spreads to lungs and liver?
Whats the treatment if any?
Chance of survival?
For a 17 year old boy.
hope a good specialist in the field is looking after the boy.
Since it has spread to distant organs treatment has to be fast and intensive with a multi-pronged approach of drugs, radiotherapy and surgery as well.
u pl get pronto to the best specialist u can get and and do not delay treatment.
survival depends on the type of cancer, extent of spread and response to treatment.
wish the boy all the best.
